Sheva's approach is so successful that she invests nothing into marketing herself publicly. The results she supports her clients to achieve are so incredible that they refer those they care about to her.
When a business remains in operation solely off the great things those who have previously been clients have to say there is no better measure of success and Sheva is honored and humbled to be a part of each of their lives.
In addition to her current private practice based in NY, Sheva provides educational workshops on a myriad of topics in health and well-being where she continues to spread her enthusiasm and joy for radiant and energizing healthful practices and lifestyles.
Educational Background
Sheva first discovered her love and passion for health as a young woman. She earned her bachelor’s of Science in Health and Nutrition from Brooklyn College and followed her thirst for the holistic field of nutrition by pursuing various educational and experiential avenues in the realms of nutrition and holistic health. She immersed herself in the study of holistic healing, graduating from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC and completed Health Education training at the Hippocrates Health Institute in Palm Beach, Florida. After gaining an expansive repertoire of nutrition education both in the conventional and holistic spheres, Sheva earned a master’s degree in Dietetics at Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia. She completed her dietetic internship at the Austin Hospital, and the Royal Children's hospital in Melbourne, working with patients suffering from liver disease, diabetes, as well as working closely with geriatric patients. It was at these clinics that Sheva enjoyed infusing her naturalistic emphasis into her work and her private practice was born.
Sheva teaches participants how to make small nutritional changes that reap big results in their health.
I bring a combination of my professional qualifications, consulting experience and personal journey to all my workshops and consultations.

Healthy Living Principle #1
Home is Where Healthy Living Starts.
True health begins at home, the heart of where we rest and recharge. The relationships we have with ourselves, our partners, families, and physical dwelling impact hugely on and may determine the state of our health. Integrating healthy lifestyle and eating habits into our home environment is among the most powerful tools we have as individuals over our health and long-term happiness.

Healthy Living Principle #2
Healthy Homes Create Healthy Futures.
Children are the future; the next generation. They hold in their power the ability to build a world greater than we ever could have fathomed for ourselves. Healthy children from healthy living homes will yield healthy leaders, communities, and life. Children are like sponges. They absorb what is around them. Engage in healthy living, healthy foods, and self-nurture and you will raise children for whom healthy living is second nature.

Healthy Living Principle #3
Finding Your Own Rhythm is New Life Balance.
I believe every individual is born with a unique life rhythm. We must each honor our respective rhythm or we risk being overly influenced by our peers and society.
Consistently staying in sync with our unique human blueprint allows us to thrive in every aspect of life. Authenticity in emotional, social, mental, spiritual and physical realms keeps us connected to our source and feeds that feeling of inner calm. Reconnecting to our inner selves may always be part of the journey but just as you pause to reflect upon various aspects in life; perhaps career or life partner, it is important from time to time to take a step back and reflect on your daily rhythms your food choices, sleep patterns, exercise and more - and reevaluate whether or not they are serving you.

Healthy Living Principle #4
Education is Empowerment.
Once you learn the health and nutrition options you do have, you'll feel empowered to make new choices that satisfy your taste and your desire to have a body, mind, and soul.
Healthy Living Principle #5
Small Changes, Big Results.
Healthy living does not translate into deprivation. It is about incorporating slight changes that yield big gains. It is about tailoring your efforts to your unique circumstances and needs so that everything you implement works for you and your life.

Healthy Living Principle #6
Food Affects Everything and Can Enhance Your Life.
The quality of your food influences the quality of your thoughts and your every experience in life. Eating healthier leads to a clean and clear body, mind and soul. Choose wisely.

Healthy Living Principle #7
You Have the Power.
No one can improve your health but you. No one can take responsibility for your choices. No one can control you unless you let them. Taking ALL responsibility may seem daunting, but with all responsibility comes all the power. The power is yours. Own it by empowering yourself. I will show you how.
